1. Shipping Policy
At Moonlight Treasures, each piece is a curated work of art. We partner with Printful for high-quality fulfillment. Since our products are made to order, please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after fulfillment.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order departs the gallery.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because our items are custom-printed specifically for you, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or with manufacturing defects.
- Damaged Items: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Size Exchanges: As everything is made-to-order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect sizes. Please consult our size charts carefully.
3. Secure Payments
All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
